MEET THE CEO

Alexis “CEO Lexi Couture” Arce is a multi-talented entrepreneur, artist, and executive from the Midwest. She is the CEO and Founder of Couture Music Management (est. 2020) and The Couture Music Institute for the Arts, NFP (est. 2023), as well as the creator of Couture Marketing & Branding, Lexi Couture Designs, The Couture Life Media and The Couture Life Magazine, a collective of brands empowering independent artists and small businesses.

A creative force in music, fashion, and media, Lexi is an artist, songwriter, event host, designer, editor, and marketing consultant, representing clients across Rap, R&B, DJing, podcasting, and radio. She is also an on-air personality and podcast producer spotlighting independent talent through The Couture FreeQueenSee.

Lexi is a proud member of the International Singer-Songwriter Association, a Union Member and Board Representative of the Chicago Federation of Musicians (10-208), and a Certified Union Organizer and Teaching Fellow with the Chicago Federation of Labor Organizing Institute.

Her work has earned multiple honors, including Manager of the Year, Promoter of the Year, Best Graphic Designer, and a Global Impact Award for her leadership in independent music, education, and marketing.

Through her companies, Lexi’s mission is to educate, empower, and elevate independent musicians and labels, helping them build sustainable careers and powerful brands in today’s entertainment industry.
